Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis. If an application is accepted prior to your submission, your application fee will be refunded. Proof of renters insurance required before move-in. $15 monthly fee for not having insurance


Pets: $250 per pet non-refundable fee. $40 monthly pet rent per pet.

In the application, ask if your dog’s breed is accepted. The property owner's insurance policy does not allow "aggressive breeds" or animals with a history of biting on the property. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals.

Aggressive breeds include: pitbulls, dobermans, Rottweilers, malamutes, akitas, Staffordshire terriers, presa canarios, wolves, wolf hybrids, or any other animal deemed to be aggressive, dangerous, vicious, or having bitten someone MAY NOT be moved in prior to owner approval.

- Gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental price (before taxes and deductions)
- No felonies
- No misdemeanor charges within 5 years
- No bankruptcies in the last 5 years
- No previous evictions
- No previous drug charges

- Verifiable rental history
- Minimum credit score of 500
